By using FamiliarPlates ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be 18 or older and a U.S. resident. You must own or have authorized access to the Ring devices you connect to the Service.
The Service performs automatic license plate recognition (ALPR) on snapshots from your own Ring outdoor cameras, solely for access control on your private property. You may not use the Service to track third parties on public roads, to compile databases of plates beyond those you have registered, or in any manner inconsistent with applicable law.
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel anytime in Settings. No refunds for partial billing periods.
The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. License plate recognition is probabilistic and may produce false positives or false negatives. The Service is not a replacement for professional security monitoring or law enforcement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Erbacci Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time from Settings.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, U.S.A., without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
